Groupe REEL takes over CNIM Systèmes Industriels, which designs and produces large-scale complex mechanical systems and components for three main areas of activity: defence, nuclear power and industry.

With this acquisition, REEL strengthens itself in these areas by developing synergies with the other entities of the group, while preserving the identity and skills of CNIM Systèmes Industriels.

Groupe REEL and its now 3,000 employees deliver systems and associated services in various markets: nuclear, defence, aluminium, aeronautics, hydro energy, offshore, marine energies and industry.
